My name is Emily, but everyone calls me Mily.

I started this business at just 16 years old, completely self-taught. I still remember sitting in my room watching YouTube videos, trying to figure out how to do lash extensions. I ordered a bunch of random lash products from Amazon, not really knowing what I was doing — I just knew something about it lit me up inside.

My dad was kind enough to let me turn our living room into a tiny at-home lash studio. It wasn’t luxurious, it wasn’t fancy, but it was the place where I completely fell in love with lashing.

Eventually, I took a one-day lash course just to get certified. I wouldn’t say I learned much from it — it was mostly for the credentials — but after that, I was lashing every single day. It used to take me six hours to finish a full set (shoutout to my OG clients who sat through all of that!).

Back in 2018, the lash industry started to explode, and I jumped right into it. I was so lucky to build a strong clientele in a short amount of time, and it allowed me to open my first studio in the neighbourhood I grew up in. From there, my passion for lashing only grew deeper.
